KITCHENS 101 CLASS JULY 23 AT ABAC

TIFTON—A Kitchens 101 class is available at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College on July 23 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.

The class will be held on July 23 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Ag Sciences building, Room 133. There is a fee of $19.

This class is designed to help out with the basics that all home cooks should know. Topics will include what a well-stocked pantry should include, utensils, and basic cooking techniques called for in many recipes.
