Starkey plans to major in pharmacy, an area he really wasn’t sure about until his senior year in high school.
“I didn’t really know what I wanted to do for a while,” Starkey said. “I did know that math and science have always been my stronger subjects so I thought pharmacy would be a good major to study.”
Starkey is looking forward to the whole college experience he will obtain at ABAC.

Starkey’s future goals are to complete his pharmacy degree and work as a pharmacist for a hospital or pharmacy within the state.
The deadline for applications for the fall term at ABAC is Aug. 1. Fall semester classes begin Aug. 17.
