Junior Chapman

CHAPMAN NAMED MR. ABAC 2009

TIFTON—Junior Chapman, an agriculture education major from Jasper, won the Mr. ABAC title at the 18th annual contest held recently at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Chapman was sponsored by the FFA.

Chapman is the son of David and Sonia Chapman. He also won for “Best Hair”.

Other finalists were Soloman AbouHarb, a sophomore wildlife technology major from Ashburn; Ryan Reese, a sophomore political science major from Fitzgerald; Tyler Poole, a sophomore agribusiness major from Donalsonville; and Kyle Peters, a sophomore athletic training major from Buford. Stephen Saylor, a junior agriculture education major from Conyers, won both the Essay and Contestants’ awards.

The Mr. ABAC Contest is sponsored, produced, and directed by the Family and Consumer Sciences Club.
