TURNER COUNTY RESIDENTS AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS AT ABAC

TIFTON—Andrew Kicklighter of Sycamore and Marley Myers of Ashburn were each awarded a scholarship at the recent Honors Day ceremony at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

The awards, provided through the ABAC Foundation, were based on a number of criteria such as leadership ability, character, academic excellence, and financial need.

Kicklighter, a biology major, and Myers, a physical education major, both received ABAC Foundation Scholars scholarships.  This year marks the first time ever that ABAC Foundation Scholars received a second year of funding for their scholarships.
