You can usually expect an answer within two hours during regular business hours. If you need an immediate response during business hours, call the front desk at 1-229-391-4990; however, it may be necessary for us to call you back if the librarians are busy or if your question requires research .Ask a librarian will answer short questions of a factual nature. If you have in-depth research questions (I need to write a paper where I compare .... I need to find information on ------- because I have to write a ten page paper) you will be much happier coming to the library and working one on one with a librarian.
