Today the IC officers and members discussed:
- Tennis Team Auction - Dining hall will be catering this event so participants bidding won't have to pay for dinner, just the company!
- Patticake House - Packets were distributed. This is the IC's community service project. Club members were urged to step up.
- High School - The IC is spreading into the high school systems. So far, Colquitt is working toward something and we hope to get something started in Tift County and Worth County.
- Great Debate - There will be a debate between ABAC professors. The IC will use this to raise awareness of international issues among students.

Discussed creating a charitable organization (CO) to conduct the business of the Kenya Project as well as other humanitarian projects outside of ABAC. Voted 8-0 to create the CO and appropriate funds for the creation of the organization. Discussed possible projects including Smash-N-Bash and other fundraisers, Mrs. ABAC and other school events, the Invisible Children march in April, the trip to Kenya next year, a toy drive for hospitalized children in Nairobi, volunteering at Patticake House, etc. Robin announced that the Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be helping us in our toy drive. We discussed and voted on which ABAC events to participate in and chose the Halloween Carnival, Open Campus Day, and Mrs. ABAC. We also discussed the possibility of holding another Kenya Rockfest in the Spring in Albany, GA.

The club discussed the upcoming Halloween Carnival, Open Campus Day, Toys for Tots, and Mrs. ABAC events. We also discussed ideas for the Kenya Project including Kenya Night and the possibility of another fully-sponsored Kenya Rockfest. The meeting was closed after Chairman Robin Davis presented a music video titled "World on Fire".

The club reiterated the need for new recruits, ideas, and participation in club events. We viewed all the recent updates to the club's website profiles including the charitable organization currently being organized by our members.

Discussed the upcoming events of Open Campus Day, Halloween Carnival, and Mrs. ABAC. We quickly went over the responsibilities for each person for the events and took up volunteers to man the events. We also collected $75 in dues from Terry, Chris, Susan, Angie, and Ryan.

This week's meeting were an expansion of ideas on current plans concerning fundraising, recruitment, and events. We discussed the creation of a few more events and made plans for those events and more. As for fundraisers, we briefly discussed the Smash-N-Bash scheduled for December. We invited new members this week and took some dues. We discussed and planned recruitment events and ideas as well as projects that would benefit our members and ABAC as a whole. We did discuss our partnership with both the International Children's Relief Organization and the Patticake House.

We briefly discussed current events along with the planned Smash-N-Bash. We discussed our volunteer times with both the Patticake House and the upcoming Smash-N-Bash. We accepted dues from three new members. It was a short meeting thanks to Turkey Day...

We briefly discussed the final few meetings of the semester as well as purchasing pizza for next meeting (Thursday). We talked about some issues concerning the ICRO as well as the Smash-N-Bash. We talked briefly about the 2008 Rockfest and club finances.
