  Prefetch

1. Start [button]

2. Run [menu option]

3. Prefetch [type in text box]

4. OK [button] to view image similar below

5. Ctrl+A (to select all files listed)

6. Delete [key] to remove all selected files

7. Yes [button] to "Are you sure ...."

8. X [red X in top right corner] to close window

  Flush and Register DNS

1. Start [button]

2. Run [menu option]

3. CMD [type in text box]

4. DOS Prompt windows will be displayed

5. ipconfig /flushdns [type at prompt]

6. Enter [key] to process the typed command

7. ipconfig /registerdns [type at prompt]

8. Enter [key] to process the typed command

9. exit [type at prompt]
