In order to comply with the Drug Free Schools and Communities Act
Amendments of 1989, (Public Law 101-226) signed by President George Bush
on December 12, 1989, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College hereby
prohibits the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of drugs and
alcohol by students and employees on the properties of Abraham Baldwin
Agricultural College and will impose sanctions on students and employees
which are consistent with local, state, and federal law. (See Student
Handbook, and the Policy Manual.)
