The following requirements apply to any student who wishes to transfer to
a senior institution within the University System of Georgia to earn a
bachelor’s degree in any field of education (Early Childhood, Middle
Grades, Secondary, or P-12 Education).
To be
admitted to an undergraduate educator preparation program within the
University System of Georgia:

Students must earn a minimum
cumulative GPA of 2.5 on all attempted hours in the System core
curriculum in areas A-F, as required for teacher preparation.

Students must have a passing score on
the Regents’ Test.

Students must have a passing score on
PRAXIS I.

The receiving institution may have a
higher admission requirement than these guidelines.
