The Animal Science curriculum is designed for a student desiring training
in the livestock production sector of agriculture. Emphasis is upon
selection, feeding, health, reproduction, and marketing of livestock. A
student completing this course work will receive the Associate of Applied
Science degree in Agricultural Technology.
