Updating a Security Question

When logging into to Banner for the very first time, you are prompted to enter a Security Question.  You may change your question in Banner Web. 

a)  Go to ABAC’s Home Page http://www.abac.edu

b)  Registration (Banner) [link]

c)  Enter Secure Area [link]

d)  User ID: [Enter your Banner ID number without dashes]

e)  PIN: [6-digit number used for Registration]

i)  If you forget your PIN,

(1)  Forgot Pin [button]

(2)  Answer Question exactly as you originally entered

(3)  Submit answer [button]

(4)  PIN will be reset.

(5)  Enter a new PIN

(6)  Enter your new PIN again

(7)  Submit [button]

f)  Personal Information [link]

g)  Change Security Question  [link]

h)  New Question [Enter your new security question]

i)  New Answer [Enter your new answer EXACTLY as you remember it]

j)  Submit [button]

k)  Log out with X in top right corner.
