Forgot Your PIN?

 

If you previously entered a Banner security question,

  1. Enter your Banner ID in the User ID field

  2. Click on Forgot PIN? [button]

  3. Your security question will be displayed

  4. Enter the answer exactly as originally entered in Banner

  5. Submit [button]

  6. You will receive the message Your PIN has to be reset. Please change it now. 

  7. Enter your new PIN as indicated and click Reset PIN [button]

  8. You should be allowed into Banner, and your NEW PIN is now in effect.

If you did not enter a Banner security question or you cannot enter the exact answer, you should call or visit the Enrollment Services Office located in the Student Center or call 229-391-5004.
